He further outlined that not only paintings will be on display but a few sculpture pieces and photography work, including photo guru Joseph Jones National Visual Arts Exhibition, the first of its kind, was conceived to provide an avenue for visual artists to display their work to the public and it is hope that through this medium the opportunity artistes will gain additional exposure, thereby further developing this area as one of the niche market for the tourism sector. The exhibition will be held at the Antigua Barbuda Investment Bank on Redcliff Street and organizers say the facility was chosen as its one of the indigenous banks on the island and has a spacious customer service area while the esthetics support the overall image that the organizers are attempting to create. The exhibition will be open to the public from Monday 27th October and will be available for viewing during banking hours. The exhibition will be closed to the public on 31st October.
